7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Our Lab provides a full range of testing services and is a COLA-accredited and CLIA-compliant laboratory. Our dedicated lab staff are highly qualified and trained technicians who take pride in providing reliable results while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and care for our patients.

Anticoagulation Clinic

Education, Testing, and Management

Coumadin (warfarin) is an anticoagulant (blood thinner) that reduces the formation of blood clots in the veins, arteries, lungs, and heart. It is important to monitor your anticoagulation therapy to ensure the medication is working effectively. The Coumadin dosage required may need to be adjusted periodically. West Texas Health can assist you in monitoring and managing your Coumadin medication needs.
